THE POCKET GYM TIMER HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR TIMING BOXING TRAINING SESSIONS, THE TIMER 5 DIFFERENT PROGRAMS COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING PERIODS:-
SPECIFIC 'TIME MARKERS' IN THE FORM OF SHORT TONES ARE EMITTED, THIS ALLOWS THE USER TO PUT IN FAST SPURTS THROUGHOUT THE ROUND.
1) 3 MINS ROUND 1 MIN REST, TIME MARKERS AT 1 MIN, 2 MINS AND 2 MINS AND 30 SESC
2) 2 MINS ROUND 1 MIN REST, TIME MARKERS AT 1 MIN AND 1 MIN 30 SECS
3) 2 MINS ROUND 30 SECS REST ,TIME MARKERS AT 1 MIN AND 1 MIN 30 SECS
4) 1 MIN 30 SECS ROUND 30 SECS REST, TIME ,MARKER AT 1 MINUTE
5) 30 SECS REPEATED WITH 'LAST 10 SECS INTERMITTANT' TONE , THIS IS FOR THE POPULAR 'PUNCH OUT' TRAINING WITH 30 SECS PUNCHING FLAT OUT AND 30 SECONDS REST.
OPERATION IS AS FOLLOWS:-
THE ROUND IS STARTED WITH A 3 SECOND TONE, THE SELECTED ROUND DURATION IS THEN TIMED, THE 'TIME MARKERS' ARE SOUNDED AT SPECIFIC POINTS DURING THE ROUND. AT THE LAST 10 SECONDS OF THE ROUND AN INTERMITTANT TONE IS PRODUCED TO INDICATE THE 'LAST 10' SPEED UP PERIOD. THE SELECTED REST DURATION IS NOW TIMED AT THE END OF WHICH THE CYCLE STARTS STARTS AGAIN WITH A 3 SECOND TONE. |
