PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Stage 1 Adjustable Dumbbells - 2 - 22.5kgs. The Sport 9.0 Set is a component based Set that can expand in weight to meet the needs of the user. The Sport 9.0 Set (or any PowerBlock for that matter) is the most compact dumbbell available. The small size of the PowerBlock keeps the weight concentrated closer to your hand making the dumbbell easier to control and balance. You can start with the Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells which go from 2 - 22.5 kgs.

This set can then be expanded later to 41 kgs per hand using the Stage II add on Kit. This Sport 9.0 Set can then be further expanded with the Stage III add on Kit to 59 kgs per hand. The Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells will replace 16 pairs of dumbbells or 374 kgs of free weights.

Increments achieved with the Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells are; 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 and 22.5 kgs per hand.
